  1. MEDICAL OFFICER

The Medical officer is expected to provide timely, professional, and empathic care for all patients. He /She must be a thoroughbred professional and must look the part, therefore must dress professionally and must be neatly turned out at ALL times.

Duties: They Include but are not limited to the following:

-Performing outpatient and inpatient consultations, review, and management of patients.

-Liaising with consultants and other staff regarding the provision of Outpatient and inpatient care to patients.
-Classifying patients’ ailments on ICD.
-Liaising with the hospital administration in managing various categories of patients including HMO patients.

-Providing necessary documentation, reports, and discharge summaries of patients.

REQUIREMENTS

• M.B.B.S. Or equivalent
• Certificate of full registration with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria;
•Current annual Practicing License.

• Candidates must possess NYSC discharge Certificate or Exemption letter.

2. PHARMACIST
Duties: They include but are not limited to ensuring that the supply of medicines is within the law.
•ensuring that the medicines prescribed to patients are suitable.
•counseling patients on their medications, including how to take them, what reactions may occur and answering patients’ questions.

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidates must possess a Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm).

3. PHARMACY TECHNICIAN
Duties: They include but are not limited to the following:
.Preparing new prescription and refill requests for patients.
.Dispensing medication to patients per the prescription, or provider’s orders.

.Preparing compounded medications using sterile and non-sterile processes

• Diploma in pharmaceutical technology

4. NURSING MANAGER/ MATRON
Duties: They include but are not limited to managing human and financial resources; ensuring patient and staff satisfaction; maintaining a safe environment for staff, patients, and visitors; ensuring standards and quality of care are maintained; and aligning the unit’s goals with the hospital’s strategic goals.

REQUIREMENTS

• A double-qualified nurse. A university degree will be an added advantage.

5. NURSE
Duties: Duties include but are not limited to the following:
.To record symptoms of the illness.
.To record a patient’s medical history.
.To record improvements/signs during patient care.
.To monitor a person’s health.
.To administer/prescribe medicines to a patient.
.To work as an operator of medical equipment.
.To diagnose and test patients and participate in ward rounds.

REQUIREMENTS

• RN/Theater Nurse, RN/Emergency Nurse, RN+RM, BSc Nursing, registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN). Valid practicing license.
• Trained in Basic Life Support (BLS)/CPR and Advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certification will be added advantage.
• Specialty in any of the following; ICU, Urology, Nephrology, Cardiac, and Perioperative nursing.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision is an advantage.
• At least one (1) years post qualification experience.

6. RADIOGRAPHER
Duties: Includes but are not limited to:
. operating X-ray equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images that aid in diagnosing various patient conditions.
. Conducting procedures in areas of imaging, including sonography, MRI, mammography, computed tomography, and vascular interventional radiography.

REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s Degree in Radiography or any equivalent qualification and registered with The Radiographers Registration Board of Nigeria (RRBN)
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience with good knowledge of ultrasound and CT.
• Must have a current practicing license. Additional training will be an added advantage
• Must be efficient in the use of highly technical medical imaging equipment as well as computer software (for updating patient records) Years of experience

7. MEDICAL LABORATORY SCIENTIST
Duties: Include but not limited to:
. Examining and analyzing blood, body fluids, tissues, and effluents.

.Relaying test results to physicians.

. Utilizing microscopes, cell counters, and other high-precision lab equipment to conduct lab investigations.

Duties: The duties include but are not limited to retrieving, filing, sorting, and managing records of patients so they are easily accessible to physicians and patients. The incumbent will also be responsible for inputting the patient’s information on the EMR and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of documentation. He/she will be responsible for providing monthly hospital statistics and reports and will be required to provide research data.

• HND or Bachelors’s degree in Health Records Management / Health Information Management from any accredited institution.

The housekeeper is responsible for the cleanliness of the hospital and is to ensure that the hospital infrastructure, furniture, and fittings are in a good state of repair.
He will supervise the attendants, laundrymen and gardeners. He will liaise with the matron and maintenance staff to ensure the hospital infrastructure, furniture, and fittings are in a good state of repair.
